Queso Chueco (translation: The Crooked Cheese) began during the pandemic when Tatjana Angermeyer (one of the owners of Enchanted Galapagos Lodge) and her husband, Dustin Kinakin, started making Greek Yogurt. This then sparked their journey into the dairy world and began making aged artisanal cheese. Queso Chueco specializes in traditional handcrafted European style cheeses.
