BOOKING CONDITIONS
Rates: Our prices are in US Dollars and include taxes.
Taxes: Service tax (10%) and VAT (12%) which must be added to all rates.
Deposit & Payment: To guarantee each reservation, a valid credit card number is requested with CVV at the time of booking. The amount of the first night (including taxes) will be debited from the credit card at the time of booking as a deposit. This deposit will go towards the total balance during your stay.
Reservation modification (*): Depending on the rate chosen and availability, the guest may modify their initial reservation free of charge once up to 72 hours before the date of arrival. After this period, the reservation will be considered final.
Guest will not receive a refund on their deposit if the rescheduled reservation is cancelled.
Non-smoking hotel: It is forbidden to smoke (cigarettes or other substances) throughout the hotel under penalty of cleaning costs.
Hotel is for both adults and children.
Respect of the maximum occupancy capacity per room: It is the client’s responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants according to the type of room reserved. Otherwise, to ensure the safety of customers, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the reserved room or to charge the difference for the rental of another room for the additional person or persons.
Respect for the premises: It is the guests’ responsibility to respect the premises, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, and bedding. The hotel reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace missing or damaged items, up to 3 times the full replacement value.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel or modify the stay between the date of reservation and 72 hours before the date of arrival at two pm. The deposit will then be refunded within 7 working days. (*)
In the case of a cancellation, made 72 hours or less before the midday arrival date and whatever the reason (**), the totality is not refundable
(*) To be taken into account, all modifications or cancellations must be made using the same method as that used to make the reservation.
(**): It is the traveler’s responsibility to take out travel insurance with the company of their choice.
(***): Reservations that have been rescheduled will not receive a refund of deposit if cancelled.
THE HOTEL does not assume any responsibility with regard to cancellation or modification of a reservation, whether related: – bad weather or weather conditions – natural disaster, forest fire, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquake land – flight delays or cancellations, – illness or death of the traveler or one of his relatives – loss of job – Strike, war, riot, act of god, act of the prince, terrorist act, pandemic.
